Breakfast Club

The Breakfast club is an opportunity to meet likeminded people in a local café where we can change the world over breakfast! Caribbean and English food is available at the D'vine Caribbean & English Café Diner in Carters Green, West Bromwich so bring some cash, an empty belly and a good sense of humour!

It is vital that if people speak out about their mental health issues and need support, they receive the help they need. Here at Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation we provide vital holistic services for people that need it the most and for the local community.
Tech Connect - Free computer lessons for beginners

A free course is available to our service users who would like to learn how to use a computer/laptop or smart phone. Please note: This service is temporary closed due to lockdown restrictions.

Cycling

Now the winter is slowly improving, it's good to get out and about. Come and join our cycling group at Sandwell Valley. Bicycles are available for hire so come along.
Arts Projects

The Arts Project will facilitate a number of workshops which will create a space for self-reflection in which identity is underpinned by notions of home. This will be achieved through writing, images & audio reflection. Starts Monday 16th March 2020.
Men's Group

A peer group for men meeting and talking about their well-being and cultural needs who meet on the last Thursday of each month.
Ujima Meetings

A user-led forum who meet once per month for all members to discuss activities and other work they would like to be involved in.
Cinema Club

The Ujima group enjoy a monthly meet up to watch a film at the local cinema.
Care for You monthly activities

Peer group for Carers who meet weekly to manage their own well-being, support, activities and guest speakers as well as gaining some insight into what's available for them.
