SACMHF’s Board of Trustees

The broad of trustees at Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation (SACMHF) ensures that the charity complies with charity law.  Each year financial returns are submitted to the Charity Commission and Companies House.

The Charity Commission

The Charity Commission is an independent regulator of charities in England & Wales. They are a regulator who work closely with charities to ensure their:

  • Effectiveness
  • Accountability
  • They are well run
  • They meet their legal obligations

Feltons Chartered Accounts and Business Advisors assist us in the preparation in producing independently examined accounts.
