Nia Imani Counselling Service

The Nia Imani Counselling Service is committed to serving the African, Caribbean and Black dual heritage (but not exclusively) communities. Our aim is to promote positive mental health and well-being. Getting the help that you need and deserve is a fundamental human right.

MAN II MAN

The Man II Man group is tailored to men who are from an African, Caribbean or Black dual heritage background who are suffering with are suffering with mental ill health.

A bespoke 6-week coaching programme will be tailored to your individual needs.

A culturally responsive service designed to provide support to carers to manage their well-being while caring for a relative, partner or friend who is from an African & Caribbean background who is recovering from mental ill health.

Ujima

A User-led service which aims to use volunteering, peer support and mentoring to deliver community meet ups and other social activity to help recovery and encourage independence.

Birmingham Bereavement & Wellbeing Service

Bereaved Carers who reside in the Perry Barr area of Birmingham are supported by receiving bespoke one to one support from a Wellbeing Worker to assess their needs, offer support and refer to other services as required.
